Garden Workday on Saturday, June 14

Join us for a fun morning in the garden. We will be build a trellis for the blackberries and take on some routine weeding. Children are welcome.

9 am to 11 am on the Hale Cook Campus

We are also looking for volunteers to mow the Butterfly Maze during the summer. If interested, contact Susan Stocking at stockingskc@gmail.com.

Bike Week 2014: Walkability Survey, May 12 6PM-8PM

As a neighborhood public elementary school, KCPS anticipates many families will walk and bike to school as Hale Cook grows. To ensure safe routes to school in the adjacent neighborhood, we will be working with BikeWalkKC to survey existing conditions. This will enable us to develop a strategy for safe access to the campus in partnership with our neighbors.
